Language Description Heritage (LDH) compiled by the Max Planck Society, Germany, specifically at the MPI for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig in cooperation with the Max Planck Digital Library in Munich

ALT publishes information on recently published grammars and family/area surveys as such works are of special interest to typologists. We are working on a web form where ALT members can enter new works of this kind in an online database. Until the from appears, we present a list of grammars and similar works in pdf format, compiled by a group of ALT grammar watchers coordinated by Frans Plank.

Another useful resource on currently existing grammars can be found in the work of Harald Hammarström in his Handbook of Descriptive Language Knowledge. A version of this work has also been published by LINCOM Europe.
